established by its founder, Dr. Fayez Senhat Al-Mutairi in Kuwait in 2005. Dr. Al-Mutairi obtained a professional PhD in Arbitration and
Dispute Resolution, and is a member of the Kuwaiti Bar Association
(Constitutional/ Cassation). ALRAEDA provides legal services in
association with El-Sherbiny Law Firm, which was established in the early
fifties in Egypt, by its founder the famous jurist, Dr. Mahmoud El-Sherbiny,
and is currently headed by Dr. Maged El-Sherbiny.
